This Education Discount Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is organized by Kaspersky Lab Singapore Pte Ltd (“Kaspersky”)

By entering this Program, Participants acknowledge and consent to being bound by the terms & conditions set out herein. Failure to comply with the terms & conditions, including any specific instructions issued by Kaspersky in any form and at any time, shall result in the entrants’ immediate disqualification from this Program.

1. Program Period

This Program will be available from 17 October 2025 till 29 September 2028 (“Timeframe”).

2. Eligibility

This Program is open to: (i) individuals studying for the time-being in Indonesia and Malaysia at a selected educational institute; AND (ii) who have an official email address assigned to them by the selected educational institute.
This includes students, teachers, lecturers, and all other staff of selected educational institutes (the “Participant”).
The list and definition of “selected educational institute” will be managed by Kaspersky.

3. Procedure for Participation

Participants who register using an email address assigned to them by an educational institute (e.g. @edu.id, @edu.my, etc) will be eligible to receive personalized offers and purchase discounted versions of Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky Plus, Kaspersky Premium.

4. How to Enter

To avail themselves of the benefits under this Program, the Participant must: (a) Use their educational email address to log into the Program Portal through one of the following websites:

(iii) https://www.kaspersky.my/lp/partner/education
(iv) https://www.kaspersky.my/ms/lp/partner/education
(b) If their email address is recognised by Kaspersky as belonging to a “selected educational institute”, the Participant may log into the Program Portal to view their personalised offers for Kaspersky Products.
(c) Upon completion of their purchase, the product activation codes and instructions will be sent to the Participant’s valid educational email address. NOTE: No entry fee is required to participate in this program.

5. General

(a) The Kaspersky products purchased under this Program are intended for personal use only and resale is prohibited. If it is found that products purchased under this Program have been resold, Kaspersky reserves the right to take action against the Participant including but not limited to banning said Participant from the Program.
(b) Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Program mechanism without notice for any reason.
(c) Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Timeframe without notice for any reason.
(d) Kaspersky reserves the right to end the Program without notice for any reason.
(e) Kaspersky reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an institute qualifies as an “educational institute” for the purposes of this Program.
(f) Kaspersky reserves the right to change or remove the discounts or make amendments to, change or substitute these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its discretion, without notice to the Participant.
(g) Kaspersky shall not be held liable for a purchase made through an invalid educational email address, if the Participant is unable to access or receive their product activation codes / instructions due to submission of incorrect or invalid email address.
(h) Each Participant consents to the information submitted with their entry being stored in a database and agrees to its use and ownership for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes by Kaspersky.
(i) This Program is subject to the laws of Singapore.
